Are You Eligible?

Our mission is to connect under-served individuals and nonprofits with the devices, training and internet access needed to be successful in today's world. While there are no size or revenue limits to qualify for our nonprofit program, your organization must meet the following criteria:

Nonprofit or non-governmental organization

Required:

• Recognized charitable 501(c)(3) status under the US Internal Revenue Code (or international equivalent).

And Must Meet a Minimum of Three:

• Company email (non-gmail/hotmail/yahoo email addresses)

• Guidestar account proving income/assets.

• Company website.

• Facebook page.

• Three or more paid staff members or a documented Board of Directors

Providing Proof of Identity & Income

The following types of documentation are accepted as proof of income:

• A DATED Award Letter confirming your enrollment in any of the programs listed above.

• The prior year's state, federal, or tribal tax return (W2 forms or pay stubs are not acceptable)

• A dated Social Security statement of benefits*

• A dated Veteran Administration statement of benefits*

• A dated retirement/pension statement of benefits*

• A dated Unemployment/Workmen's Compensation statement of benefits*

• Dated Federal or tribal notice letter of participation in General Assistance

• A divorce decree, child support, or other official document

Rules and Restrictions:

• All proof of eligibility must be dated within the last 6 months (unless it is an annual document, like a tax return), and include the recipient's name printed on the proof.

• EBT cards, Medicaid cards without a date, and pay stubs are not accepted.

• We do not accept screenshots of online accounts.

*Proof of eligibility is subject to verification by Digital Bridge staff. Additional documents may be required to prove income or enrollment in government assistance program.
